The project is a response to the need for developing the process of internationalisation and updating the existing teaching system in accordance with contemporary challenges of the international labour market, as well as the need to develop a new formula for building students’ competence and to test it in practical conditions. The aim of the project is to develop key competences for the labour market by means of students’ participation in international workshops, performance of practical tasks in a multicultural group, and participation in study visits to international companies. The project participants are students of business related studies in the last year of their studies. The project creates conditions for multilateral cooperation between the Partners and opens up opportunities for its intensification in the area of research (joint publications, conferences, research programmes) and academic teaching (e.g. offering workshops conducted with partners in the form of e-learning as variable courses).
